Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager for Safeguards Workforce Operations in the United States. You will own onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning and access provisioning for contractor, vendor, and BPO reviewers, partnering with IT and Security to ensure governance and capacity planning.

You will work with Enforcement leads and vendor partners to translate review demand into workforce needs, aligning across Safeguards programs and related teams.

Qualifications

• Experience running onboarding, offboarding, access and device provisioning for contractor/vendor/BPO workforces.
• Experience managing scalable human review programs with vendors or BPOs (trust & safety, content moderation, data annotation).
• Ability transforming ad hoc processes into scalable, adopted workflows.
• Understanding of capacity planning: volume, handle time, quality targets, ramp and attrition.

Responsibilities

• Own the workforce lifecycle for contractor, vendor and BPO reviewers: onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning and access provisioning.
• Triage and execute inbound requests for new or changing vendor, BPO and contractor capacity.
• Turn ad hoc or broken processes into scalable ones with clear owners, SLAs and a system of record.
• Partner with IT and Security on access governance: least-privilege provisioning, timely revocation and reviews.
• Build and maintain capacity plans translating review demand into workforce needs.
