Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a senior program manager to lead a large-scale CPQ modernization project for a major client. You will oversee end-to-end program delivery across multi-track teams, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and manage schedules, risks, and change control in a complex enterprise environment.

The role requires strong experience with Fixed Price programs, workshop orchestration, and PI planning.

Qualifications

Experience leading large Fixed Price projects.
Own end-to-end program management across multi-track, cross-functional teams.
Coordinate multi-week client workshops and outputs.
Map current-state processes across CPQ modules and integrations.
Maintain cadence across parallel workstreams and milestones.
Produce weekly status reports for client and leadership.
Manage schedule risks, dependencies, and change control.
Drive PI-1 execution plan with scoped deliverables and draft SOW.
Transition PM into full build execution for CPQ modernization.
Coordinate PI planning and cadence across engineering/QA/DevOps.
Forecast resources, track budget, and cost-to-completion.
Serve as liaison between client business, IT, and delivery teams.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate SDLC and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary day-to-day program delivery lead for a large enterprise CPQ modernization.
Own end-to-end program management across multiple tracks and cross-functional teams.
Own workshop logistics for multi-week client workshops, including scheduling and facilitation.
Capture current-state processes and integration touchpoints across CPQ modules.
Maintain cadence across three parallel workstreams against milestones.
Produce and distribute weekly status reports to client and internal leadership.
Manage schedule and risk logs, escalating scope creep and dependencies.
Own the change control process and ensure alignment with governance.
Drive PI-1 execution plan with locked scope and draft SOW for build phase.
Transition program management into full build execution for CPQ modernization.
Coordinate PI planning and cadence across engineering, architecture, DevOps, and QA.
