GlobalLogic seeks an experienced project leader to own end-to-end delivery of high-value engagements, combining AI-driven deliverables with robust governance. The role oversees multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid onsite/remote environment, guiding projects from inception through execution while aligning with strategic client goals.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in IT, with 3–4 years in managing mid-sized to large programs, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in IT with project leadership experience.
• 3–4 years in mid-sized to large project management (30–80 man-months, ~15–25 engineers).
• Advanced English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes engagements with value-based contracts (Output/Outcome/Fixed Price/Managed Services).
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams in hybrid onsite/remote settings with GenAI deliverables.
• Ensure alignment with client goals and Definition of Done across full lifecycle.
• Orchestrate governance across dependencies, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
