Job summary

CourtAvenue is seeking a Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of projects within client programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget results. You will lead, mentor and coordinate agile teams, while collaborating with account management to align on roadmaps and deliverables.

Based on experience, this role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to maintain client confidence and drive outcomes in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of analyst, project management, program management, technical, and/or business experience.
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Agency experience is required.
• Experience in running or working with agile teams.
• Significant experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams towards excellence and success.
• Demonstrable ability to operate under tight deadlines.
• Able to understand, balance, and manage the interplay between people, processes and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of projects from initiation through implementation and deployment.
• Balance resourcing, budgets, and time constraints to manage risks.
• Develop contracts and design delivery teams to meet program objectives.
• Lead and grow a group of project managers/producers.
• Collaborate with Account Management to support client roadmaps.
• Create integrated timelines across agency and client stakeholders.
• Serve as the main client interface on projects.
