Job summary

CourtAvenue is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Minneapolis to lead complex, multi-workstream digital programs at the intersection of marketing and technology. You will coordinate across CMS, DAM, CRM, and marketing automation tools to maximize client ROI and deliver strategic outcomes.

Expect to own day-to-day delivery, manage budgets, run Agile ceremonies, write scopes, and mentor a team of project managers and producers.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of technical/digital project management or program management experience.
• Agency experience required; multi-account, multi-client delivery environment.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and delivering CMS/DAM/CRM projects.
• Proficient in Jira; strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, scopes, and statements of work; agile with waterfall familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of projects and platform programs across client accounts.
• Balance resources, budgets and timelines to manage risk and ensure milestones.
• Run Agile ceremonies and coordinate creative and strategy workstreams on waterfall timelines.
• Write scopes and statements of work; communicate trade-offs to clients.
• Lead and mentor project managers and producers to a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Technical teams, and Creative leads on roadmaps.
• Create integrated timelines across agency, client, and third-party teams.
