You will lead a team of project managers, collaborating with account management to align on roadmaps and deliver strategic outcomes for clients. Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of analyst, project management, program management, technical, and/or business experience.
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum
• Agency experience is required
• Experience in running or working with agile teams
• Significant experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams towards excellence and success
• Demonstrable ability to operate under tight deadlines
• Able to understand, balance, and manage the interplay between people, processes and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of projects from initiation through implementation and deployment
• Ensure controls are followed, with the highest quality deliverables and milestones met
• Balance resourcing, budgets, and time constraints to manage risks and pre-empt issues
• Develop contracts and design innovative delivery teams to meet program objectives
• Evaluate and improve delivery practices and methodology
• Lead and grow a team of project managers/producers to foster a high-performing team
• Collaborate with Account Management to provide strategic delivery insights for client roadmaps
• Create integrated timelines across agency and client stakeholder teams
• Build relationships with stakeholders to meet program outcomes while exceeding expectations
• Serve as the main client interface on projects
• Clarify strategic requirements and communicate roadblocks/resolutions to meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively across diverse roles and teams
