Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) training programs, ASOTMC, and ORMC. You will coordinate budgets, reporting, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, SECRET clearance, 6 years of SOF operational experience, and at least 3 years in ASOT operations, plus 3 years in program management or site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Intel/Business, et al).
• Graduate of the ASOT-C.
• Six years of SOF operational experience.
• Three years of ASOT operations experience.
• Three years of relevant program management or site lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages all contract aspects of ASOT, ASTOMC, and ORMC.
• Participate in course planning efforts, After Action Reviews, IPRe's, and CUB briefs as required by the government.
• Maintain a robust roster of qualified personnel to support all aspects of training.
• Assist in establishing a comprehensive recruiting strategy for all key positions and supporting positions for the program.
• Ensure timely delivery of all services, products, and reporting to the government.
• Create and maintain an Instructor Professional Development/Onboarding program for all new contract instructors and support personnel.
