Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Site Lead to oversee Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT), ASOTMC, and ORMC programs in North Carolina. You will manage budgets, reporting, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, a SECRET clearance, 5 years of SOF operations, 3 years of program management or site lead experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. ASOT graduate and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and SECRET level security clearance verifiable through DISS.
• 5 years SOF operational experience.
• 3 years program management or site lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Graduate of the Advanced Special Operations Course (ASOT).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all contract aspects of ASOT.
• Participate in course planning, After Action Reviews, IPARs (IPRs), and Commander updates briefs as required by the government.
• Assist in maintaining a robust roster of qualified personnel to support all aspects of training for ASOT, ASOTMC, and ORMC.
• Assist in establishing a comprehensive recruiting strategy for all key positions and supporting positions for the program.
• Ensure timely delivery of all services, products, and reporting to the government.
