Job summary

Walsingham Group, Inc. seeks an ASOT I/S Instructor to serve as a Subject Matter Expert responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering advanced ASOT training that sustains and enhances Special Operations capabilities.

The role develops and delivers classroom instruction, facilitates practical exercises, evaluates performance, and updates curricula to reflect USSOCOM doctrine. The position requires TS/SCI clearance, ASOTC graduate status, and recent experience delivering

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Graduate of the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC).
• Experience delivering ASOT Intermediate/Sustainment training for operational units within the past 12 months.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute sustainment training for SOF readiness.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing or supervising a contract, training program, or mission of similar size and complexity.
• Deep knowledge of SOF tactics, techniques, procedures and USSOCOM doctrine.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to instruct, mentor, and evaluate personnel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction and facilitate practical exercises.
• Plan and coordinate ASOT I/S training events.
• Evaluate individual and unit performance in training settings.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to students and units.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, training materials, and instructor guides.
• Integrate lessons learned and updated TTPs into curricula.
• Conduct After Action Reviews and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate training requirements with Government leadership and stakeholders.
• Support mentorship and development of instructors.
• Maintain access to Government-furnished equipment and classified materials.
