Job summary

Walsingham Group, Inc. seeks an ASOTMC Support to coordinate and execute Advanced Special Operations Techniques Management Course training. You will synchronize resources, schedules, facilities, and staff while delivering instruction and mentoring students to meet Government requirements and USSOCOM standards.

The role requires clearing and security credentials, plus strong organizational and leadership skills. The position involves potential TDY travel and field activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Graduates of the NICP and ASOTC courses qualify.
• Demonstrated battalion-level management or leadership experience.
• Minimum four years coordinating operations, training programs, or mission support.
• Strong knowledge of SOF planning, coordination, and training management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of ASOTMC course execution.
• Synchronize training schedules, personnel, facilities, equipment, and logistical support.
• Deliver classroom instruction, facilitate practical exercises, and mentor students.
• Develop, maintain, and update lesson plans, POIs, training schedules, and materials.
• Coordinate with Government leadership, military organizations, and training staff.
• Monitor student progress and support evaluations and performance assessments.
• Conduct AARs and recommend improvements to course content and methods.
• Maintain course documentation, attendance records, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with ORM, security, and OPSEC requirements.
• Support curriculum development and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accountability for Government-furnished equipment and materials.
• Support TDY travel as required.
