Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Program Manager for the Adult Full-Service Partnership Intensive Case Management (FSP-ICM) program in Los Angeles. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure DMH compliance, and coordinate care with housing and community resources.

You will lead field-based service delivery, monitor intake and enrollment, and maintain documentation quality to support recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care in a housing-focused program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• LCSW or LMFT licensure preferred; eligible for CA BBS licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services for active clients and ensure alignment with program goals.
• Provide weekly administrative supervision and conduct team meetings.
• Ensure LOCUS assessments are completed every six months and reviewed with the team.
• Coordinate high-risk client consultations and collaborate across care levels.
• Review and countersign progress notes to DMH and provider standards.
• Monitor staff caseloads, documentation, and chart accuracy to ensure compliance.
