Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year working with at-risk populations, preferably adolescents and young adults.
• Experience in management or running a transitional living, group home, or similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise The Village staff, including staff schedules, PTO requests, time sheets, and daily operations.
• Ensure shift notes are completed and EMR is documented accurately.
• Oversee the safe storage of medications.
• Schedule and conduct life skills classes and assign them to staff.
• Lead bi-weekly house meetings with residents (youth-led per funding).
• Document weekly staff check-ins per funding requirements.
• Ensure staff follow policies and procedures.
• Complete daily staff paperwork and perimeter/room checks.
• Model professional behavior for residents and staff.
• Coordinate with clinical staff on resident care.
• Answer phones and emails when needed; provide transportation as required.
• Cover additional shifts and assist during crises as needed.
