Job summary

Monte Nido Rivertowns in Irvington, NY, seeks a Program Manager to lead daily program operations and clinical support services. You will oversee administrative tasks, admissions, and client chart oversight to enable the clinical team to deliver care in alignment with Monte Nido's philosophy.

The role reports to the Clinical Director, supports compliance and risk management, and participates in emergency management planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in supervisory/leadership role in day treatment, residential, or hospital settings is required.
• CPR certification required or within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and administrative functions to support clinical staff.
• Maintain program compliance with Joint Commission, state licensing and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate admissions, client charts, and billing with clinical and administrative teams.
• Oversee on-call coverage, emergency management, and safety drills.
• Prepare and update documentation, meetings, and training with the Compliance Director.
