Job summary

Bancroft is hiring a Program Manager for the Lindens Center in Mount Laurel, NJ. This in-person, exempt role supports, supervises, and develops community-based services for children and adolescents with intellectual or developmental disabilities and brain injuries.

Qualifications

• BA in one of the listed fields and at least one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• Prior management experience and a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor and supervise the Program Associates within their program.
• Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate community support services that promote valued, self-determined community participation.
• Supervise a diverse team with strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility, independent thinking, and relationship-building to lead the program effectively.
