Bancroft is hiring an ABA Clinical Associate for the Lindens Center in Mount Laurel, NJ. This in-person, full-time role supports children and teens with autism and related disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis.

We seek compassionate team members with a 4-year degree or current enrollment, plus at least 60 credits in related fields. Evening hours Tue-Sat, competitive hourly pay and extensive benefits accompany the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a four-year program in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field.
• Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday 3pm–11pm and support ABA-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Apply ABA therapy methods to teach life skills and support goal achievement for children and teens.
• Carry out ABA behavioral treatment plans and assist in transitioning residents to other settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living, social awareness, meal preparation, money management, and housekeeping.
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and community outings.
• Collect observational data and complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with residents, families, and guardians.
