Job summary

Qualifications

• BA in a related field and at least one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• High School diploma with two-three years in Human Services or related field.
• Brain Injury/BIS Day Treatment Program Managers must achieve AACBIS certification within the first 18 months of employment and maintain ongoing annual certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead staff across all shifts.
• Manage day-to-day program operations ensuring a safe, compliant environment.
• Support hiring and staffing processes including interviewing, screening, onboarding, and performance management.
• Address complex or sensitive situations with sound judgment and person-centered approaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records including reports, billing, and regulatory records.
• Coordinate person-centered planning and ensure timely implementation of care plans.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams on medical and therapeutic recommendations.
• Monitor quality and performance improvement initiatives and promote efficiency.

Education

BA in related field
