NATIONAL ALLIANCE ON MENTAL ILLNESS DELAWARE is seeking a Program Manager to lead mental health initiatives throughout Delaware. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years in program management, working collaboratively with community partners and stakeholders.

The Program Manager is a member of the Program Team and is responsible for the statewide planning, development, implementation, and quality oversight of NAMI Delaware’s mental health programs and community-based initiatives. This role advances NAMI Delaware’s mission to improve the quality of life for individuals and families affected by mental health conditions throughout Delaware. Key responsibilities include supporting program delivery for Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) efforts, NAMI education and support programs, and the HelpLine. The Program Manager also oversees interns and volunteers, cultivates relationships with community partners, maintains accurate program records and reporting, and helps ensure services are responsive, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
