You will partner with clients and executives, translate technical trade‑offs into actionable plans, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining autonomy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management within software engineering or other highly technical environments.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple product development teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, AI, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices.
• Engage with senior leaders, assess technical trade-offs, and navigate complex challenges in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to align diverse teams and influence executive decisions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in technical program management within software engineering or other highly technical environments.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale, cross‑functional technical programs involving multiple product development teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, artificial intelligence, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior leaders, assess technical trade‑offs, and navigate complex challenges in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, align diverse teams, and influence executive‑level decisions without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on translating strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and risks across multiple programs.
• Preferred: Experience in a major technology company, such as a Mag 7 or FAANG organization, or in a high‑growth startup environment.
• Preferred: Experience managing complex technical programs in client‑facing consulting or professional services environments.
