About the Role

We are seeking a Program Manager with deep expertise in high voltage power distribution projects (up to 35kV) to lead strategic programs and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role blends customer interaction, account management, and leadership, overseeing multiple high‑value projects and ensuring exceptional delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Manage customer expectations, resolve escalations, and maintain long‑term partnerships.
  • Program Oversight.
  • Lead and mentor 2–3 Project Managers, each managing projects with annual budgets of \$15M–\$20M.
  • Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and financial targets while aligning with client objectives.
  • Monitor program performance, resource allocation, and risk management across all projects.
  • Strategic Leadership.
  • Drive program-level planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
