Primary Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Serve as the main customer liaison, lead handovers, kickoff meetings, and maintain project plans.
• Set milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria per contract requirements.
• Manage project scope, process change orders, and ensure proper approvals.

Resource & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee third-party vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Keep leadership updated on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct site visits as needed.

Knowledge & Skills

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of electrical industrial systems, power electronics, and rotating machines integration.
• Proficiency with industry standards including NEMA, IEC, IEEE, and UL certifications.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and SAP experience preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise.

Experience/Education

• 10+ years of total experience, with 5+ years dedicated to project management in the electrical or rotating equipment industries or large capital projects.
• Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline preferred.
• PMP certification is desired.
