Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with executive‑level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations.
• Lead and mentor 2–3 Project Managers overseeing projects with annual budgets of $15M–$20M.
• Monitor program performance, resource allocation, and risk management across all projects.
• Drive program-level planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
