Job summary

Strata Information Group (SIG) seeks an experienced leader to drive complex Ellucian ERP transformation programs (Banner and/or Colleague) in higher education. You will establish governance, report to executives, and coordinate multiple workstreams across campuses with a focus on on-time delivery.

You will manage multi-million-dollar budgets, mentor PMO staff, and influence senior institutional leaders to achieve program objectives. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software implementation programs in Higher Education.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-year transformation initiatives.
• Direct experience with Ellucian Banner and/or Colleague ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of on-premise to SaaS/cloud migration methodologies.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar program budgets and financial reporting.
• Ability to influence executive leadership (Presidents, Provosts, CIOs, etc.).
• Willingness to travel to client campuses up to 25%.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous higher education consulting experience
• PMP, PgMP, or related certifications
• Familiarity with Ellucian's Navigate to SaaS (N2S) methodology
• Master's degree in Business, IT, or Higher Education Administration
