Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in Social Service or 2 years supervisory experience in related field
- Candidates must be 21 years of age or older

Job Profile
The Program Manager provides supervision and coordination of all activities to achieve consistent overall program implementation in a Group Home setting: scheduling, supervision and evaluation of direct care staff, participation in recreation planning, developmental and review; implementation of all techniques, strategies, and procedures to protect the health and safety of all clients.

- Tuesday 2pm - 10pm
- Wednesday 8am - 7pm
- Thursday 3pm - 10pm
- Friday 3pm - 10pm
- Saturday - 3pm - 10pm
Responsibilities
- Provide primary support and supervision to youth
- Responsible for balancing program petty cash and youth allowances
- Provide support, supervision, and guidance for staff
- Participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis
- Will perform daily responsibilities within the milieus alongside supervisors and Direct Care Staff
- Responsible for delegating programmatic responsibilities to Direct Care Staff
- Completing and responsible for ensuring all necessary paperwork
- Organize, facilitate, and participate in recreational, life, and social skills activities with youth
- Attend mandatory trainings
- Utilize and implement behavior support techniques
- Model healthy boundaries and social skills within the program milieu for youth and staff
- Provide a safe and nurturing living and working environment for youth and employees
