Job summary

Fall River Deaconess Home in Fall River, Massachusetts is seeking a Master’s Level Clinician to join our clinical team. The role involves providing individual and family counseling to youth in our program and requires some evenings and weekends, along with an on-call rotation.

You will work under the Clinical Director, develop treatment plans, conduct progress notes, and coordinate care with state agencies.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Social Work Licensure (preferred).
• Experience in social service field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling.
• Facilitate specialized clinical groups.
• Complete, develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans.
• Complete Quarterly Progress Reviews, CANS Assessments and Progress Notes.
• Provide case coordination for youth and families.
• Act as a liaison between the program and state agencies.
• Rotating on-call schedule.
• Assist in day to day milieu responsibilities.
• Ability to be flexible to meet the individual needs of youth and families.

Job Profile

The Clinician reports directly to the Clinical Director and is a member of the Clinical Team providing therapeutic services to the youth in our program and their perspective families. Some evenings and weekends are required, as well as an on-call rotation.
