Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in Social Service or 2 years supervisory experience in related field.
• Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Pass all necessary background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support and supervision to youth.
• Balance program petty cash and youth allowances.
• Provide support, supervision, and guidance for staff.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
• Perform daily responsibilities with staff in the milieu.
• Delegate programmatic responsibilities to Direct Care Staff.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Organize and participate in recreational and social activities with youth.
• Attend mandatory trainings.
• Utilize behavior support techniques.
• Model healthy boundaries for youth and staff.
• Provide a safe and nurturing living and working environment.
