Job summary

Fall River Deaconess Home is seeking Awake Overnight staff to provide supervision and support for youth during night shifts. You will lead wake-up routines, ensure safety, and coordinate with the Shift Supervisor to maintain a calm, structured environment.

The role requires high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task across tasks while respecting confidentiality. MAP certification is preferred for applicants.

Qualifications

• Proven oral and written communication skills.

Schedule

• 4 consecutive 10-hour shifts from 10:00pm - 8:00am
• Wednesday - Saturday
• Wednesday all-staff agency meeting from 8:15am - 10:00am

Job Profile

The Awake Overnight reports directly to the Shift Supervisor and is a member of the agency team providing direction to the youth in our program.
