Candidate Requirements:

1. Years of Experience: 2-4 years in the field.
2. Degrees/Certifications: Bachelor's in data science, data analytics, or related field; PMI or PMP preferred.
3. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
4. Location: Remote, within 50 miles of the office, working primarily in the PST time zone.
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across finance, engineering, and marketing teams.
6. Strong communication skills to simplify complex data.
7. Experience in consumer sales is preferred but not mandatory.
8. Experience with Microsoft tools is a plus.
9. Ability to showcase past projects and work samples.

Other Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF functions.
• Financial acumen with ROI measurement.
• Ability to transform data into compelling stories through visualizations.

Performance Indicators: Performance will be evaluated based on ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the quality of work delivered.

Top 3 Hard Skills (with minimum 3 years of experience):

1. Power BI
