Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee a new outbound lead generation initiative supported by a BPO partner. This role is critical to driving performance through strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates with a background in Sales Operations are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills and will manage this external sales program end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of the BPO-led external sales program.
  • Develop and manage agent capacity models, sales forecasts, and coverage plans.
  • Define and track performance metrics, KPIs, and sales incentive programs.
  • Lead sales optimization efforts to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Enhance sales processes, tools, and reporting frameworks for scalability and success.
