Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Workforce Solutions Relationship Manager in the United States to develop client relationships within facilities, coordinate with organizational leaders, and drive KPI and SLA reporting to enhance service delivery.

You will research healthcare staffing trends, negotiate terms, and lead on-site visits with travel weekly-to-biweekly, while partnering with internal teams to optimize staffing solutions and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical setting, including medical, allied, or nursing, or in the staffing industry.
  • Workforce Solution staffing experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior management and operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in account management or involvement in a large staffing account is a plus.
  • Computer literacy and effective use of Word, Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, and VMS technology.
  • Ability to listen effectively and understand and evaluate clients’ staffing needs.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as a team player and meeting team goals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop client relationships within facilities to assess and manage client needs.
  • Evaluate, coordinate, and report Workforce Solutions activities with organizational managers.
  • Implement best practices and measure performance and service delivery to improve client satisfaction.
  • Research healthcare staffing and managed services market trends, analyst updates, and competitive data.
  • Collaborate on contract terms, conditions, and bill-rate negotiations and resolve related issues.
  • Coordinate with brand leaders, Regional VPs, internal departments, and organizational leaders regarding services provided.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and referrals to increase client touch points and market share.
  • Develop and manage tools for evaluating and tracking customer satisfaction.
  • Review performance assessments and client satisfaction surveys; monitor, analyze, and report results and trends.
  • Liaise between facilities and internal stakeholders to clarify and modify work processes and staffing practices.
  • Serve as a resource for Workforce Solutions processes and VMS technology.
  • Generate and distribute utilization, activity, financial, KPI, and SLA reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual schedules.
  • Conduct on-site visits and relationship-building activities at system facilities; frequent weekly-to-biweekly travel may be required.
  • Prepare and sometimes deliver quarterly and annual business review presentations from facility to system level.
  • Report and distribute site-visit activities to Executive Sponsors, Operations, and Workforce Management teams with actionable information.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for healthcare professionals on assignment, including coordinating and hosting outreach events.
  • Visit current and prospective staffing partners to ensure optimal client support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
