Securitas US Business Unit seeks a Campus Security Manager to lead security operations at a data center campus in New Carlisle, Indiana. This salaried, client-facing role partners with the District Account Manager to ensure service-level performance and directly supervises Campus Supervisors to maintain staffing and site procedures.

The role requires payroll, scheduling, timekeeping, and billing oversight, with a focus on compliance and high-security operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify timesheets against the master schedule; correct discrepancies before payroll and billing.
• Prepare and review billing data to ensure hours and rates match contracts and approvals.
• Resolve pay discrepancies with employees, communicating clearly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with Branch/Account Manager, HR, and Finance to align payroll, billing, and labor budgets.
• Monitor labor, overtime, and billing reports; identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, and wage/hour laws; maintain payroll/billing records.

About the Role

The Campus Security Manager is the senior on-site security leader responsible for all security operations at a designated data center campus. This salaried, client-facing role partners closely with the District Account Manager to ensure service-level expectations are consistently met across the campus portfolio, while directly supervising Campus Supervisors to maintain staffing coverage, operational continuity, and adherence to site procedures. Serving as a primary liaison between the client and the security program, the Campus Security Manager is accountable for performance metrics, quality of service delivery, field compliance with policies and post orders, and the accurate, timely execution of all post-level responsibilities. This position is based at the client's data center campus in New Carlisle, Indiana.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Manages daily payroll input and reconciliation for a large client account, ensuring all hours, premiums, and differentials are entered accurately and on time.
• Updates and maintains the master schedule to reflect current staffing, post assignments, and client requirements; coordinates with operations to ensure schedule accuracy.
• Verifies timesheets and timekeeping records against the master schedule; identifies and corrects discrepancies in hours, pay rates, and job codes before payroll processing and billing.
• Prepares and reviews billing data for the client, ensuring billed hours and rates match the contract, master schedule, and approved timesheets; supports timely and accurate invoice generation.
• Works directly with employees to research and resolve pay discrepancies (missing hours, incorrect rates, overtime issues), responding with patience, empathy, and clear communication.
• Collaborates with Branch/Account Manager, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment between payroll, billing, and budgeted labor, and escalates issues that may impact costs or client satisfaction.
• Monitors daily and weekly reports on labor, overtime, and billing; identifies trends, errors, or anomalies and recommends corrective actions or process improvements.
• Ensures compliance with Securitas policies, client requirements, and applicable wage and hour laws; maintains accurate and complete payroll and billing records and handles sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing multi-site security or operations teams in a high-compliance environment.
• Proven experience in directly supervising and managing a crew or group within an industry setting or in a contract security or public safety environment.
• Ability to manage a multi-shift team in a high-security, fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in a client-facing role, with the ability to represent both strategic intent and tactical performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead through influence and accountability.
• Deep understanding of service-level expectations, escalation procedures, and field compliance workflows.
• Ability to obtain a Valid certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
• Experience with post order development, site audits, and training integration preferred.
• Familiarity with data center environments or critical infrastructure security strongly preferred.
