PFBA is seeking a Program Manager to lead programs that support family-owned businesses across the region. You will plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with PFBA’s strategic goals and delivering measurable impact.
The ideal candidate will be organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with family business leaders, professional advisors, board members, and partner organizations, while tracking progress and adapting to evolving needs.
The Program Manager plays a critical role in advancing PFBA’s mission by planning, coordinating, and executing programs and initiatives that support family-owned businesses across the region. This position manages projects from concept through completion, ensuring programs are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with PFBA’s strategic goals.
The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across stakeholders including family business leaders, professional advisors, board members, and partner organizations.
Reports to the Executive Director. May provide coordination or work direction to speakers, facilitators, or project teams.
