• Own variable fleet strategy for North America Middle Mile power units, including operation plan, budget, vehicle specs, procurement and disposition.
• Negotiate and manage third-party rental partnerships to secure capacity during peak and year-round operations.
• Own financial analysis and budget tracking for variable fleet programs and optimize costs with data-driven decisions.
• Develop strategies to improve fleet utilization and acceptance rates while balancing supply and demand.
• Serve as escalation point for rental vehicles and maintain clear communication.
• Forecast capacity needs with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Serve as Single Threaded Leader for all power unit safety incidents and establish standard work.

Key job responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage third-party rental partnerships to secure adequate capacity during peak and year-round operations.
• Own financial analysis and budget tracking for variable fleet programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize costs.
• Develop strategies to improve fleet utilization, increase acceptance rates with programs, and balance supply constraints with operational demands.
• Serve as escalation point for rental vehicles, demonstrating strong communication skills and knowing when to escalation appropriately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast capacity needs and implement process improvements that drive operational excellence.
• Serve as the Single Threaded Leader for all power unit safety incidents and establish standard work for future.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.

• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and overcome challenges with a high degree of flexibility and professionalism.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain strong performance in a fast‑paced and rapidly changing environment.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
