About The Role
The Program Manager will lead cross-functional execution across cloud infrastructure and internal platform engineering, coordinating software engineers, SREs, security, product, and finance on initiatives that improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. The role turns complex technical goals into executable plans, manages dependencies and risks, and creates the operating cadence that keeps programs moving from roadmap definition through production rollout. Success means predictable delivery, clear accountability, and measurable improvements to platform performance and engineering velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive multi-quarter infrastructure and platform programs from scope definition through launch, aligning milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics
- Coordinate engineering, SRE, security, product, and finance teams on initiatives involving AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and developer tooling
- Build and maintain program plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive updates using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Establish operating cadences including weekly program reviews, technical decision forums, launch readiness reviews, and post-incident follow-ups
- Track delivery risks, resource constraints, and cross-team dependencies; elevate decisions with clear options, tradeoffs, and recommended actions
- Partner with engineering leaders to define KPIs for reliability, deployment frequency, incident reduction, infrastructure cost, and roadmap execution
- Improve program-management processes by standardizing documentation, intake, prioritization, and retrospectives across technical teams
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of technical program management, engineering project management, or infrastructure operations experience in a technology company
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex programs across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, or SRE teams
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability systems, and software development lifecycles
- Strong command of program planning, dependency management, risk tracking, prioritization, and executive communication
- Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools; comfortable translating technical details into concise status and decision documents
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with Terraform, incident management, FinOps, compliance programs, data platforms, or scaled Agile development environments
