Job summary

Edu-Connect, a program of JEVS Human Services, is hiring a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and strengthen partnerships across local high schools, community organizations, and referral networks.

You will coordinate course delivery, manage supplies, support budgets and grant activities, and drive student recruitment, credentialing, externships, and job placement efforts to help students succeed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains partnerships with local high schools, community-based organizations, and referral networks to strengthen student recruitment.
• Liaises between Edu-Connect and school/organization contacts to ensure smooth course delivery.
• Orders, inventories, and distributes supplies for classes.
• Identifies funding opportunities to advance program sustainability and growth, including researching opportunities and contributing to funding applications.
• Assists with developing and monitoring program budgets, including tracking projected and actual revenue and expenses.
• Processes invoices and other financial documentation to maintain accurate financial records.
• Supports with grant report writing, monitoring grant outcomes, and presenting to grant funders as needed.
• Supports with recruitment, interviewing, and screening of participants.
• Coordinates and supports student credentialing, externships placements and student job placement activities including tracking progress and addressing barriers to completion and placement.
• Develops and implements student coaching plans with onboarding and retention strategies.
• Develops customized academic intervention efforts as needed; works with instructors to develop plan for tutoring and re-testing.

Responsibilities:

Day to Day Operations

• Maintains new and existing partnerships with local high schools, community-based organizations, and other referral networks to strengthen student recruitment pipelines and increase access to programs for disadvantaged and non-traditional students in the region.
• Serves as liaison between Edu-Connect and school/organization point of contact to ensure smooth course delivery

Finance & Grant Operations

• Identifies and supports funding opportunities that advance program sustainability and growth, including researching opportunities and contributing to funding applications
