Job summary

JEVS is seeking an Enrollment Outreach Coordinator to join our CareerLink team serving the Greater Philadelphia community. This role focuses on connecting jobseekers with CareerLink services, supporting EARN referrals, and guiding individuals through enrollment processes.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and skilled at outreach. You will communicate with partners, schedule orientations, and help remote clients complete enrollment while removing barriers to employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the EARN Team on referrals to CareerLink Suburban Station.
• Complete outreach phone calls to referrals and document outcomes.
• Schedule referrals for EARN orientation day within the open referral window.
• Assist remote customers with enrollment paperwork.
• Provide resources for reported barriers and explain CareerLink services.
• Educate on program requirements and ensure effective coordination with the County Assistance Office liaison.

Day-to-Day

:

• Collaborate with the EARN Team on referrals sent to CareerLink® Suburban Station
• Complete outreach phone calls to EARN referrals and document outcomes
• Schedule referrals for EARN orientation day within open referral window
• For remote customers, complete and assist customers complete Enrollment paperwork
• Provide resources for reported barriers
• Educate on the variety of CareerLink® services available and on EARN program requirements
• Ensure effective, accurate and coordinated communications with County Assistance Office liaison.
