As the Program Coordinator, Community Engagement & Education, you’ll provide administrative and operational support for E&I’s EdPro NextGen Leadership Program, ensuring a smooth, high-quality program experience. You’ll coordinate day-to-day program logistics (session scheduling, Zoom setup, attendance tracking, materials), support participant onboarding and communications, and help manage reporting, surveys, and program metrics that inform continuous improvement.
The Program Coordinator, Community Engagement & Education provides administrative and operational support for E&I’s EdPro NextGen Leadership Program. Reporting to the VP of Community Engagement & Education, this role manages the day-to-day operations, participant onboarding and communications, certification process, scheduling, reporting, and workflow coordination required to deliver a smooth program experience.
