JEVS in Philadelphia is seeking a Program Manager for Edu-Connect to strengthen partnerships with local high schools and community organizations, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure access to programs for disadvantaged and non-traditional students in the Greater Philadelphia region.

You will coordinate supplies, support budget tracking and grant reporting, and guide student recruitment, credentialing, externships, and placement activities, helping students achieve success and progression

Responsabilidades

• Day to Day Operations: Maintains new and existing partnerships with local high schools, community-based organizations, and other referral networks to strengthen student recruitment pipelines and increase access to programs for disadvantaged and non-traditional students in the region.
• Finance & Grant Operations: Identifies and supports funding opportunities that advance program sustainability and growth, including researching opportunities and contributing to funding applications; assists with developing and monitoring program budgets, including tracking projected and actual revenue and expenses; processes and tracks invoices and other financial documentation to maintain accurate financial records; supports with grant report writing, monitoring grant outcomes, and presenting to grant funders as needed
• Student Success Operations: Supports with recruitment, interviewing, and screening of participants; coordinates and supports student credentialing, externships placements and student job placement activities including tracking progress and addressing barriers to completion and placement; develops and implements student coaching plans with onboarding and retention strategies; develops customized academic intervention efforts as needed; works with instructors to develop plan for tutoring and re-testing

Responsibilities:

Day to Day Operations

• Maintains new and existing partnerships with local high schools, community-based organizations, and other referral networks to strengthen student recruitment pipelines and increase access to programs for disadvantaged and non-traditional students in the region.
• Serves as liaison between Edu-Connect and school/organization point of contact to ensure smooth course delivery
• Orders, inventories, and distributes supplies for classes

Finance & Grant Operations

• Identifies and supports funding opportunities that advance program sustainability and growth, including researching opportunities and contributing to funding applications
• Assists with developing and monitoring program budgets, including tracking projected and actual revenue and expenses.
• Processes and tracks invoices and other financial documentation to maintain accurate financial records.
• Supports with grant report writing, monitoring grant outcomes, and presenting to grant funders as needed
