Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Liaison Office, United States Pacific Fleet Command (COMPACFLT), at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience directing comprehensive theater wide maritime logistics operations, institutional policies, and executive management initiatives across complex operational environments. Experience exercising complete oversight of ship operations, commercial capabilities, international maritime law, and specialized ship chartering and contracting. Experience formulating long-range work plans, overseeing program budgets, driving strategic milestones, and securing critical Fleet sponsorship agreements. Experience leading interagency strategic planning, theater mobility assessments, and readiness evaluations across U.S. Navy, United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), and Maritime Administration (MARAD) Ready Reserve Force (RRF) assets.
