About the Position

Leads the planning, analysis, and financial management of major engineering and construction programs across the Pacific region, ensuring projects are properly funded, prioritized, and positioned for success. Provides senior-level insight to leadership by identifying trends, resolving complex program and budget issues, and recommending strategies that improve performance, resource use, and long-term project outcomes.

Specialized Experience

One year of specialized experience which includes 1) evaluating organizational programs and recommending operational improvements; 2) reviewing budget submissions for policy compliance; and 3) assisting with organizational budget formulation and execution. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Time in Grade Requirement

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
