Job summary

Richmond University Medical Center in New York, NY is seeking a licensed clinician (LCSW or LMHC-D) to direct, coordinate and supervise program operations across clinical services, planning, monitoring and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, coordinate, and supervise program operations, including clinical services, program planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Ensure care is person-centered and trauma-informed in accordance with the program’s Operating Certificate and the clinical needs of clients.
  • Represent RUMC in the community, collaborating with public and voluntary service agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, NYS, and NYC laws, regulations, and program standards.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings, including training, case presentations, and group supervision.
  • Provide ongoing staff supervision and consultation as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to RUMC policies and New York State Mental Hygiene laws regarding patient care, clinical records, child abuse reporting, HIPAA regulations, and related standards.
  • Monitor staff productivity, record compliance, outreach policy, and treatment reviews.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
