Job summary

Cella, a Randstad digital company in Malvern, PA, seeks a results-driven Program Manager to lead Personal Investor Marketing initiatives from strategy through campaign creation, execution, and optimization. You will own quarterly planning, manage cross-functional partnerships, and drive end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes workflow optimization, adherence to compliance, and strong stakeholder collaboration across Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Project/Program Management in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with workflow management tools; Adobe Workfront strongly preferred (Jira a plus).
• Experience managing regulated content with regulatory/advertising compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building across all levels.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly planning cycles and drive planning discussions and prioritization.
• Navigate constraints and make data-driven recommendations.
• Facilitate backlog refinements for marketing opportunities.
• Provide guidance on best practices and ensure alignment with department strategy.
• Maintain partnerships across Marketing, Strategy, Public Site, Creative, Channels, Analytics, Risk & Controls, and Advertising Compliance.
• Guide project timelines, milestones, and end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
• Manage projects/workstreams, including plans, execution, and monitoring.
• Lead asset audits and content renewal cycles with monthly deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
