Pay Rate: $37.94/hour

Location: Long Beach, CA

Schedule: Hybrid (4 days per week in office)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee engineering program execution, track project milestones, manage documentation, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in program management, project coordination, engineering operations, or manufacturing environments.

Job Duties

• Track engineering releases, project milestones, certifications, and deliverables
• Maintain project dashboards, timelines, and status reports using JIRA and Confluence
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts while developing mitigation plans
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure project alignment
• Lead status meetings, document action items, and follow through on deliverables
