Summary of Job Duties:The Program Manager will oversee the successful execution of the LR VISION Grant, ensuring projects align with strategic goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage resources, mitigate risks, and support cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex projects and administrative operations. This position will also support web development, reporting, and project management platforms while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business education, management, Instructional Design, or related field plus 4 years project/program management experience

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and interdependently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment with people from various cultures, backgrounds, socioeconomic status, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality requirements and laws.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred
  • Ability to work manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Monday.com, WordPress, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx etc.)
  • Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring strategic alignment

  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across project phases

  • Identify and manage risks, troubleshooting challenges as they arise

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as liaison to stakeholders

  • Oversee administrative and clerical functions to ensure smooth operations

  • Manage and update project management tools and program websites

  • Support reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization

  • Uphold confidentiality and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment

  • Other Duties As Assigned
