Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Remote - PST

Duration: 6 Months with possible extensions or conversion
Type: Contract (40 hrs/week)
Rate: $70–$75/hr

Overview

We're looking for a Program Manager to lead the development and rollout of a custom Multi-Site Operations Management System. This platform will centralize and streamline core business functions such as revenue tracking, staffing, payroll, and performance analytics across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full program lifecycle—from planning and design to deployment and optimization.

  • Collaborate with teams across finance, HR, operations, and IT to define system requirements.

  • Build and launch modules for revenue forecasting, staff scheduling, payroll integration, and site-level performance analysis.

  • Ensure seamless integration with ERP, HRIS, and accounting platforms.

  • Lead change management, including training and user adoption strategies.

  • Provide regular updates, KPIs, and risk insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in multi-site operations (e.g., retail, education, healthcare).

  • Strong track record of implementing internal platforms or enterprise systems.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with revenue, workforce, and payroll systems.

  • Proficient in tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

  • Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field; PMP certification .

Remote Pay Range$70—$75 USD
