Cherokee Federal is seeking a Program Manager in Missouri to lead complex government programs with a focus on analytical leadership, cost estimation, and performance reporting. The role requires developing SOPs, briefings, and proactive risk management to ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
Candidates should have at least five years of program management experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a Six Sigma Black Belt within 180 days.
This position requires an active Secret clearance.
The Program Manager oversees and manages complex government programs, providing analytical, operational, and strategic leadership to ensure successful contract execution. This role develops statistical analyses, cost estimates, and performance reports; leads special projects; prepares and revises standard operating procedures; and delivers briefings to government leadership. The Program Manager proactively identifies risks, recommends process improvements, and serves as the primary liaison to the Government to ensure quality, cost, and performance objectives are met.
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Manager: Pay commensurate with experience.
