Volunteers of America Mid-States seeks a Program Manager to lead the HVRP program on-site in Knoxville, TN. You will supervise staff, manage operations, ensure grant compliance, evaluate program effectiveness, and support expansion under the Director, VOA Work.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with three years experience, or seven years relevant experience without a degree, plus proven leadership and grant management abilities.
