Volunteers of America Mid-States is seeking a Program Manager for the HVRP program in Knoxville, TN. This on-site role leads staff, oversees operations, ensures grant compliance, and supports program expansion under the Director of VOA Work.
The position requires leadership and program management experience, with a Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field (or equivalent experience) and a track record in grant administration and staff supervision.

The Program Manager provides leadership, oversight, and operational management for the HVRP Program. Working on-site in Knoxville, Tennessee, the Program Manager supervises staff, manages program operations, ensures grant compliance, oversees program effectiveness, and supports expansion activities under the direction of the Director of VOA Work.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the HVRP program.
Ensure program goals, grant deliverables, and service outcomes are achieved.
Provide staff supervision, leadership, and training.
Ensure compliance with VOA policies and COA standards.
Complete required reports and documentation.
Develop community partnerships and outreach activities.
Assist with budgets, manuals, policies, and operational planning.
