Job summary

Volunteers of America Mid-States in Knoxville, Tennessee, is hiring a Program Manager to lead the HVRP program on-site. You will supervise staff, manage operations, ensure grant compliance, and support program effectiveness and expansion.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field with 3 years experience (or 7 years without a degree), plus demonstrated leadership and grant management experience, and a commitment to VOA's mission.

JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The Program Manager provides leadership, oversight, and operational management for the HVRP Program. Working on-site in Knoxville, Tennessee, the Program Manager supervises staff, manages program operations, ensures grant compliance, oversees program effectiveness, and supports expansion activities under the direction of the Director of VOA Work.
