Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking an IT Program Manager for a remote role with 25% travel. Lead major technology initiatives, ERP implementations, and enterprise upgrades while shaping how projects are delivered company-wide.

You will mentor program and project managers and collaborate with executives to set priorities and allocate resources. The role focuses on building PMO maturity, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring alignment across IT, manufacturing, finance and supply chain

We’re looking for an IT Program Manager who can bring it all together—leading major technology initiatives, developing project managers, and helping shape how projects are delivered across a growing organization.

Your Mission
