Job summary

IPolarity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a Life Sciences R&D GxP program focused on Veeva Vault Clinical (CTMS, Site Connect preferred; else eTMF). You will manage senior stakeholders across IT and business and steer cross-workstream collaborations.

The role requires steering committee leadership and governance, with strong cross-vendor coordination and program execution skills.

Qualifications

• Program management experience in Life Sciences R&D with GxP
• Stakeholder management at IT and business levels
• Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical modules (CTMS, Site Connect preferred) or similar EDC/CTMS tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and chair steerco meetings and steer the program
• Coordinate cross-workstream, cross-vendor and cross-program collaborations
• Drive program decisions, risk/issue management and governance

Job description

Role: Program Manager
Location: Wilmington, DE - onsite (3 days per week - could possibly be made to 2 after the first 3 months or so).

Must Have's:

• Program Management, Client Relationship Management, Senior Stakeholder (IT and Business) management
• Veeva Clinical expertise
• Strong LS R&D GxP expertise

JD:

• Life Sciences R&D GxP experienced Global Program Manager (for client’s program scope) with experience in successfully program managing a Veeva Vault Clinical (CTMS, Site Connect preferred else eTMF) implementation
• Senior / executive stakeholder management, for both IT and Business
• Ability to steer the program and chair steerco meetings
• Handle cross workstream, cross vendor and cross program collaborations effectively.
